Crystal Jordan joined KP in 2023. She is an instructional designer for one of our longest-running projects, creating all eLearning for call centers and local offices delivering vital public assistance services across the state of Indiana. Crystal is an expert in Articulate Storyline and Rise for eLearning, curriculum development and data analysis and evaluation. She researched and trained an inter-agency team on how to create eLearning so it is accessible to those with disabilities.
Crystal has a master’s degree in Instructional Design from Western Governor’s University and a bachelor’s degree in Education from Central Washington University and a certificate in Instructional Design and Online Learning from IDOL Academy.
