Managed Care

Managed Care is KP’s deepest operational practice — built on years of work supporting Medicaid-funded programs and the health plans that serve public program members. The work spans the major operational and programmatic areas of a health plan: staff and provider training, process improvement, readiness review support, member outreach and engagement, vendor engagement, regulatory reporting, and contract compliance support.

Clients include Medicaid MCEs, state Medicaid agencies, and the partners helping to serve Indiana’s Medicaid population.
