Susan Thompson, Director of Training, has worked for more than 25 years with government, corporate and non-profit organizations to promote continuous improvement and development in people and processes. Susan leads a team of instructional designers in developing and managing a curriculum of more than 450 courses for a statewide human services agency.
She previously worked at Express Scripts/Accredo and Crowe and maintains certifications in Human Performance Improvement, DISC® facilitation and Project Management Professional (PMP®). Susan completed her PhD studies at Indiana State University with a focus in Curriculum and Instruction.
