Project overview
KP completed an economic impact analysis documenting the full footprint of the Hoosier Lottery’s spending and awards across Indiana communities. The work combined spending and prize-payout data, commercial-activity modeling, and attention to the distribution of impact across counties — not just the aggregate figure the state is usually asked about.
The finished product was designed to stand up to both legislative audiences and public-facing summaries, with a concise narrative memo supported by a technical appendix.
