Statewide Point-of-Sale Implementation Training & Documentation | Developing and providing in-person and online training for state, vendor and customer users of “swipe card” point-of-sale systems and related online portals on multiple health and human services implementations.  Creating documentation and user support materials for multiple audiences, including administrative manuals, quick reference guides, brochures, training presentations, webinars and videos.


Nursing Home Performance Improvement Project | Provided training and technical assistance on a variety of topics to support a statewide effort to improve nursing home care through the implementation of Quality Assurance Process Improvement (QAPI) projects. Topics included effective data collection and reporting; communications; community outreach and engagement; organizational change management; collaborative facilitation and member engagement; and needs assessment.
