Creating documentation and user support materials for multiple audiences, including administrative manuals, quick reference guides, brochures, training presentations, webinars and videos.
Nursing Home Performance Improvement Project | Provided training and technical assistance on a variety of topics to support a statewide effort to improve nursing home care through the implementation of Quality Assurance Process Improvement (QAPI) projects. Topics included effective data collection and reporting; communications; community outreach and engagement; organizational change management; collaborative facilitation and member engagement; and needs assessment.
