Mark Warner

Senior Manager

Mark Warner has almost 15 years of experience working with state and local governments, non-profits and major corporations to improve their services through:

 

  • Project and performance management,

  • Policy development,

  • Business process redesign and analysis,

  • Communications and outreach planning,

  • Group facilitation,

  • Training delivery,

  • Economic analysis,

  • Partnership development, and

  • ERP system implementation and documentation.

 

In 2020, Mark rejoined Koehler Partners, an Indianapolis-based consulting firm specializing in communications and public outreach, organizational change management, training and project management. In 2017, after his first four years at Koehler Partners, Mark joined the Information Services Agency (ISA) for the City of Indianapolis and Marion County as Deputy Director, where he helped led the ShiftIndy initiative to build a Digital City Hall with over 50 services moved online for citizens, among other strategic initiatives for the City and County.

 

Warner previously worked for Crowe, one of the nation’s leading consulting and accounting firms, where he helped manage a wide array of projects for clients around the country, including the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority, Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, Illinois State Police, Tulsa (OK) Airport Authority, Indiana Department of Homeland Security, Indiana Office of Energy Development, City of Corpus Christi (TX), Indianapolis Private Industry Council and the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration. During his time with Crowe, he also earned financials and trade & distribution certification in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 (ERP).

 

Warner earned a bachelor's degree and a master’s degree in public affairs from Indiana University (IU). He also holds an Economic Development Finance Professional certification from the National Development Council.

 

Warner has worked with and volunteered for the International Economic Development Council, Hoosiers for Higher Education, IU School of Public & Environmental Affairs Alumni Association, Indiana University Alumni Association and The Strand Theater of Shelbyville.
